How we look after your information
We collect as little as we can, use it only for the reason you gave it to us, and never sell it.
Who we are
Thrive & Include is a disability inclusion and personal growth consultancy founded by Rahul Rawal and based in Delhi, India. When this notice says "we", it means Thrive & Include. You can reach us at info@thriveandinclude.com.
What we collect and why
- When you book a call: the booking page runs on Google Calendar. It collects your name, email, phone if you give it, and what you write in the form, and creates a Google Meet link for the call. We use this to prepare for the conversation.
- When you send a message or an enquiry: your name, email, phone if you give it, and what you write to us. We use it to reply.
- When you sign up for the THRIVE Blueprint: your name and email, so we can give you access to the course and send the occasional update about it.
- When you take the BELONG self-assessment: your answers, and your organisation's details if you share them. We use these to show your result and, in summary form, to understand how organisations in India are doing on disability inclusion. We never publish anything that identifies you or your organisation.
- When you ask to hear about Saath Sheher: your email, used once to tell you it has opened.
Information about disability
You never have to tell us about a disability to use this site or work with us. If you choose to share it, for example in the accessibility needs box, we use it only to make your experience work for you and we keep it to the smallest number of people possible.
Where it's kept and who sees it
Your information is stored in our Google Workspace account. Only Rahul and anyone working directly with him on your request can see it. We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it with advertisers. Course videos are hosted on YouTube, and when you watch them, YouTube's own privacy policy applies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking details for up to two years after our last contact, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw your consent, and raise a complaint. Write to info@thriveandinclude.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add basic visitor statistics in future, we'll update this notice first.
Changes
If we change how we use your information, we'll update this page and the date below.
