What people bring to these sessions

There's no right reason to start. These are some of the things people most often want to work through.

  • Career crossroadsA new role, a change of direction, returning to work, or choosing a path after college.
  • Confidence and self-beliefQuietening the inner critic, owning your story and backing yourself in the room.
  • Life and work with a disabilityDeciding whether to disclose, asking for accommodation, and speaking up for what you need.
  • Relationships at workDifficult conversations, a tricky manager, a team that isn't working, or feeling unseen.
  • Stepping into leadershipLeading people for the first time, or learning to lead with more empathy and less strain.
  • Wellbeing and balanceManaging stress and energy, and keeping ambition from turning into burnout.

How it works

  1. 01 A free first conversation A short call to understand what's on your mind, what you'd like to change, and whether working together feels right for both of us.
  2. 02 Sessions shaped around you We agree on what you want to work on, how many sessions make sense and how often. Sessions are online, in English or Hindi, so you can join from wherever you are.
  3. 03 Progress you can see Clear goals, small practical steps between sessions, and regular check-ins, so the change shows up in your actual week.

A note from Rahul

You don't need to have it all figured out

I've spent most of my life working things out as a person with disability, in classrooms, in offices and in my own head. Some of the most useful lessons came slowly, and often without anyone to talk them through with.

These sessions are my way of being that person for someone else. Bring whatever is on your mind, however unfinished it feels. Working it out is what the sessions are for.

"My disability taught me that limitations are often the building blocks of our foundation."

What the sessions draw on

  • ICF certified life coaching, and the ethics and confidentiality standards that come with it
  • Training in behavioural science, emotional intelligence and wellbeing counselling
  • Ongoing study in psychology
  • 18+ years in corporate life, so workplace questions come with real context
  • Lived experience of studying and working as a person with disability
